When you can’t operate two vehicles at the same time.
I have tested Active Tracking on the DJI Spark in the past but only for short periods of time and never off-road. This weekend I had the opportunity to make a short venture to the base of the mountains in Provo along Bonneville Shoreline Trail. I was interested in finding out how the Spark Active Track would perform in an environment where the mission involved a drone vehicle track for a sustained amount of time and not simply a straight vector.
In this example, I used different altitudes and examined various distances to see what would work, and what didn’t.
