You should migrate to use OSX server and the profile manager, for provisioning profiles, standardization and management with configuration, Apple networking and time capsule for NAS across the network, this would also enable intranet work messages with encryption, a wiki server, a document library, and profile selection by user.
You could have the entire device device inventory deployed with on the fly changes for individual devices in less than an afternoon once the profiles were designed and written.
Device groups could be created and reused through out the day if 1per could not be funded.
You could have profiles that included a certain list of applications, switched to a completely different profile with its applications with a restore and backup, and an app pull from an internal AppStore.
You won’t get device, infrastructure, management, applications, CMS, NAS with integration as deep with configuration as light as iOS/enterprises/network/M
With Configurator (assuming iDevice) can bang out 400 managed and supervised devices with customization (once the profiles were written) in a day….by myself. With zero deviancy.
The process is automated so you just tether and bake, untether and stack.
