lesson learned: it doesn’t matter if your biometric sensor, FFC or other sensors connected to a display need repair on this model. If you are replacing the display, get the entire assembly for an extra $20.
Removing the Touch ID sensor, the speaker, the microphone, the FFC, THE BRACKETS….and then re installing them on the new display, and then troubleshooting crimped ribbons…
It’s not worth the savings.
