Screen recording can be great for training evolutions or demos. I use display recorder from Ryan petri.
You would need to get display recorder, and then bt mouse support.
I’ve done this, it isn’t hard, but a cursor on iOS is so….weak.
If you need something for your audience to have a visual for attention on the screen…do it in post production.
Thanks! Can I also change the cursor to be like that white circle cursor in the video? And also to radiate after something is selected like the cursor in the video?
Do you think they created all that in post production? It looks like they just did a screen recording with a custom cursor and radiate feature.

After some research I have found the tools they used to create the Uber video you were referencing. It’s called camtasia and its from techsmith.
I have used camtasia in the past, a long time ago when it was called camtasia studio, but not for mobile recording, it was for PC screen recording for software deployment training. I made this video almost a decade ago, so the fluidity isn’t indicative of how well it would work
